    O.k., looks like this Q has stalled, so here are the remaining answers:

    Asia: Iran, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey

    Europe: Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany.
    According to Wikipedia “…The only land boundary between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and France is on the Caribbean island of Saint Martin, where the Dutch constituent country of Saint Maarten meets the French Overseas Collectivity of Saint Martin.”
