First a pic for NOT... He'll love it! His favorite driver, typical elements of sweden in focus (tree, bushes, snow), car slightly in the background
...and here's a link to some shots we took over the weekend. The best ones were taken by my girlfriend because she's a much better photographer than I am. We both very much enjoyed it!

A more detailed article regarding the future of Rally Sweden.
http://www.vf.se/sport/bilsport/avta...yt-kan-flyttas
- Anything else then else then a rally held on snow and ice is not accepted by the promoter
- They have a deadline at the end of April where they will have check-up to see that everything looks ok
- Rally will likely "Realistically" remain in the region for 2017, "not enough time" to make any bigger changes.
goal is to find a more snow safe area within the region. - For 2018 and 2019 they will have to present different alternatives for FIA WRC pr. that they can choose from.
- The new deal have clauses which allows FIA/WRC pr to step in with demands and ultimatums
- Rally will continue to have Norwegian stages as long as RS can come to an agreement with the Norwegian municipalities.
- 3 year deal can be cancelled after each year by FIA/WRCPr if the roads/weather doesn't hold up which is based on that
a certain % of the roads have to be good for FIA/WRCPr to be satisfied. - Service area location will depend on where the stages are located.
- Snow safest areas are in the Swedish/Norwegian mountain regions.

Everything we've heard recently has been about the bodywork frame and the reference volumes. That took up all the WMSC chat and required passing after several months of deliberation. Fantastic! But...
