Seems that Ogier is regular "tax" payer in Sweden, aound 1,5 k Eur each January :P But this is narrow escape indeed. If the stewards would have written about speeding during the "rally", and not specified it as "recce" then it would have ended with 5th place for him. Interesting that it always happens in Sweden.
