This plus let's not forget that Bergkvist drove DS3. I think that we can safely assume that Škodas and Fords are better on snow than Citroën.

Sometimes I generally think that DS3 R5 is a piece of crap in terms of pace. But surely if we put Ogier into the DS3 R5 he would have quite good odds to win on every type of surface.

Got some really nice shots (ok the best ones was my by GF but she is a better photographer than me) on the last stage. I'm going to upload some of them when I get home tonight.

The rally was a blast. First time I was on my home rally and despite the shortened route it was enjoyable!

Yep, while Camili rolls it into a ball his predecessor takes his second WRC2 win of the season. It will be interesting to see how Evans gets on in the BRC too this year, perhaps he can follow the example of his old man and take the title.

So we have a bad news and a good one after today.

    First the bad
It is not quite a news actually but more a confirmation. As long as Ogier will be around the outcome will be the same. Simply stunning driver.

BUT we have a good one too.
When Seb will retire, we will have very very challenging championships with high talented drivers. WRC2 guys and young guns in WRC proved that the level of drivers of the future will be very high and also more "leveled" (is this a correct word? ). It is a pleasure to witness such learning curves improving from rallies to rallies, latest years was not like this.

    Congrats to Ogier,well deserved win.
Nice surprise from Paddon.Agree with somebody who wrote yesterday that seems to be the most clever driver.
Dissapointment from Mikkelsen, waiting to fight for win
Same for Latvala.Seems while he has the guts to steer flat out with 6 speed,he cant manage his mind.He is scared.
Ostberg have lost his speed.Dont remember when was the last time he impressed with speed at a single stage. He has to stop the silly excuses.
Waiting to be slower at next rallies,if this was his speed at his homeland event.
Meeke best driver behind Ogier, but not full programm, and not so lucky.
Breen much better from what i was waiting.
Neuville better pace from last year, but its not enough. At second half of the year he will have ''problem'' with Paddon imho.
Sordo didnt wait more from him at this rally.
Camilli was ok till the roll.Ok special event,no experience. He have chances ahead of him to proove himself.I dont agree that Malcolm will change his mind about Camilli vs Evans.Wrc car is different level.
Tanak good first day,but dmacks seems to have a long way to be top tyre player.
Evans didnt waiting to be inside Sweden fastest, and control the rally from stage 1. Excellent.
Lappi Tidemand, with works drives, inside your homeland you have to win. If not to be faster.
Very nice pace from Sunninen, and Ahlin till the crash. But i would like to see something similar and at next gravel rallies from Sunninen.

At the end kudos to our member blluuford because he knew that the rally will be happen for all the days.
Roll on Mexico, where we would measure better the speed of the new i20.

Hello Micke_VOC, as I said I always suspect self infliction when there is a lot of "bad luck."

If Pontus drive shaft issue was self inflicted or not, I dont know. You say there was a nut that broke, and it was just bad luck. I believe You, but I would like to ad that a nut very rearly brakes with out any forces acting upon it.

Here's my video from a pretty decent Swedish Rally in the end!
    Good job by the organisation

Many thought the same way about reigning of Seb I.
