Could I respectfully suggest to Lorenzo Berttelli that he tries adding a teaspoon of cement with his breakfast ingredients in the morning as it will help him to harden up.

I'd suggest iron instead - body needs (small) amount of iron but cement is caustic and might kill mr Bertelli.
