Patiently awaiting news on Shakedown and also a few of the more 'at risk' entries on the entry list.

Yes news on the new shakedown location would be more than welcome.

Bergkvist just confirmed on his FB page that he found the budget for Rally Sweden!
He is trying to get the budget to do 5 more rallies in WRC2.

That may be an option if you are not doing a lot of stages. Also I don't think it's possible to do a lot of stages with a camper van. Keep in mind that distances between stages are always much bigger and take more time than they look on the map...
According to Rally Guide 2 Road closing schedule, all SS-roads are closed at 16.00 the day before. We have for some years tried to get in at 18.00 without any luck but as SubaruNorway states it might be possible to sneak in during the night?

As the temperature is moving up in South Värmland, it will be more and more difficult to maintain a shakedown in Karlstad area as it was initially planned. I bet they will go back to Råda for shakedown...

Saw that the firm he rents the car from, also has a Fiesta, maybe he should request that one. Lessons identified from Norway is that on gravel/snow it is way better than the DS3!

I don't think they will do that. They have 2 cars running in Sweden, but have only 1 Fiesta R5 and 3 DS3 R5s (afaik). So it would make sense to run the same cars, for spare parts etc.
