And this spectator has to be fined with life long arrest because of putting his camera in dangerous places and then risking his life by trying to save his stupid camera???

We really live in strange times!

Absolutely. The spectator almost quite litterally threw himself towards a moving rally car that had gone off and hence was really unpredictable in that moment, yet it's JML to suffer these (quite drastic) consequences.

As a result of the incredibly poor work of ACM regarding their "safe" zones and the work of marshals (that really aren't anywhere to be seen, huh?), JML now suffers. What a display of logical thinking and sportsmanship, eh?

JML Suspended from One (1) WRC round in 2016 and fined for hitting spectator during Rally MC

JML is not fined for hitting the spectator, that can happen.
He is fined for not handling the issues according to the rules! As it was already expected after the incident yesterday!
