Seems police have caught Latvala? He was doing like 140km/h going to the stage, he is now standing still annd he must be starting in 4 minutes alread.

It is not first time to exceed speed on such case. in poland he did 140 in town, it is good when police reacts to this, such a crazy driving is not good for the sport.
