There was a timing mistake with Nikolaev, he is normally in finish.
Kolomý further suffered from the crash in leg 7. The engine fixation broke in the stage. The crew was able to fix it somehow (anyone don't tell me that after the cabin they strapped even the engine...). His teammate Valtr had his best stage result ever I think. Pity his troubles in the first leg from which he recovered several days through starting very late...Stupid is as stupid does. Forrest Gump

"Obviously disappointed after stage since day lost our hopes of victory. It had rolled to a correct rhythm at first, then we lost a few minutes by ensablant at a time, and a little before arrival , we made barrels. in rio, I did not see a big walk and fell into a trench ... We usually try to follow some tracks, but sometimes it goes in all directions. there, I was not on the right track.
The car had a lot of damage, we could leave after mechanics, changed two wheels and a universal ... it cost a lot of time. Already, we were not sure to reach the finish tonight ...
We knew we would have to learn for our first participation and we learn. So close to the finish of the stage, it's frustrating, but it is so. We still have things to do, experience to take. We will start from the front tomorrow. "

Loeb should go back to WRC. Not bouncing around in South America.

He still mathematically have a chance if all the drivers ahead of him get stuck as well or have other problems... Very unlikely though.
