Peter, AKA Mr. Dakar seems to be playing a tactical game slowing down at the end. Where is Nasser and De Villiers? they should shine with the dunes coming up for the first time. We are in for a thriller!!

We know that the next steps will be complicated but no question to ask. auto market strong, we will attack !!

Frankly it was not thought to be leader withDanosElena the rest day for our firstdakar. We are happy and we will savor.

In the end the car was working perfectly again and the main is to find the 1st place. That was the goal to start this morning

Step a little contrast: the first top part fort was attacked and taken time. 2nd game with engine failure at the start but it has walked again

Can be with their light weight, and auto tire inflation deflation system etc. However in the past I have seen the 4wd climb steep soft dunes better than the buggies.. we have to wait and see.

The buggies in the past have never been so fast like Peugeot now as they were never developed by a strong manufacturer. Peugeots were faster than Minis in Marocco so they shall be fast in the sand here too.

Some info from trucks. Kolomý crashed in the dust while chasing some Kamaz. The crew managed to repair the Tatra and continue with a big time loss.

The Peugeots are sooo much more spectacular cars than the dull Minis (I know it's mostly due to the rules but still).
