To finish in the top7 is a fine result. But an all-Mercedes gamble was supposed to work at least fine in such a predictable season.
Effectively all teams in places P3-P7 had the same team, so bonus races and Marcus Ericsson (!) made the difference.

※ Vivaldi Mercedes-Ferrari is a really good buy. It’s the best of the so-called expansion teams who joined the grid this year, scoring several podium results (beaten to wins only by bonus teams) and finishing in top 10 on its debut season.
