    I have been postboponing my weather predictions for the rally and it is still very tricky to say. One is for sure, weather will be very changeable.
    Here it comes:

    On Friday morning we should expect a bit clody weather mostly without rain in the morning. Temperatrure is quite low, it starts with +15..+16 when Historics shakedown starts and it should reach to 16-18 degrees by noon when Free Practice and QS takes place. If everything goes as it is expected at the moment, then there will be moderate rainfall during QS, starting just after twelve, so, I expect early runners to make much better time there. There are several places where ruts are forming quite easily. With some rain, these are very likely to form.
    Weather improves as the day continues it should be nice and mostly sunny in Tartu city stage. Teperature around +15..+17. I will be on the fences of one house in Veski street :-)

    Saturday:
    the night is relatively cold, maybe +10..+12 degrees only, take a warm sleeping bag into your tent!
    I belive there will be a bit similar scenario to Friday, but mostly cloudy. I expect overcast for the morning and some rain in the afternoon, but much later this time and not much, just a little. It should happen after 3-4 PM. Temperature is very similar to previous day. It should stay around +17..+18 during most of the day. Light rain is also expected during the Elva city stage.

    Sunday:
    This time we expect a bit rainy weather in the morning and much better afternoon. We should see dry weather and more sun. But is still too far to say.

    We expect such kind of weather that can be perfectly predicted only a few hours in advance. So, who makes the forecast correct will win the rally :-)

    You can find me from the rally with black Bulgarian T-Shirt or green T-Shirt with HANNES written with block letters on my back. My 9-year old kid will be with me and probably one friend. In Shakedown I will be just before old house junction, on the field :-)
