    Big temperature contrasts due to cold sea and warm air on the island.. Maybe more on Friday.. I expect +33..+35 degrees on Thursday and Friday afternoon... huge test for cars and drivers as well... As well for spectators.. take a lot of water with you and some kind of sunshade... this is the hottest event in recent years... no soft tyres for Ogier this time.. I guess.

    Sunscreen and straw hat ready!!! But some rain forecast to keep the dust down!

    I know it maybe a rally of attrition but I am always like a small child when I'm preparing to travel to an event (ridiculous for a 60 y.o.!)

    Btw, yes, here in sardinia huge hail today. Some forecast says it will rain on saturday, some on friday but most of them says mostly cloudy. I predict a lot of drama in any case, Ogier will open the road only on friday, on saturday more or less 5 cars will be under rally2 and he will win again.

    The guys I am with are all below 30 years (22, 24, 29) - I just happen to be living my life back to front!
    We will be at Service Park between 1130 -1430 on Thursday
    SS2 at the 23.55 km mark
    SS4 Zone 11
    SS7 Zone 19 (must get a sea view photo!)
    SS8 Zone 4
    SS10 Zone 12 (down the stage to the next bend)

    SS15 near the church at the start
    SS18 Zone 30 I think but we will update when we have a wifi connection on Friday.

    Will definitely be in SP for the Champagne spraying!

    Look for an old guy in a straw hat I'll have my St George flag too
