In fact, discarding friendlies which don't count towards FIFA rankings, Belgium have only lost four matches going back to 2012 and two of those were to Germany. it's just they can't do everything at the same time. we all know that the project was late, and regaining time is not easy, especially with "low" funding and limited testing.
