Three spectators died after a rally car hit them in Harju Rally in Estonia. Horrible news, just horrible.

One of them was rally drive who retired earlier on SS5. Also his mechanic and his wife

How can a driver be placed at so wrong spot. He should know better? I know a car under speed can reach the most remote places but still...

I´m not sure what you mean and I really don´t know all circumstances in Estonia, but from what happened to L-E Thorp he was about leaving the stage and walked with his co-driver away from the stage on a road below, when the car rolled and like I said went far from the route hitting him and his co-driver.
