Who else would support UEFA withdrawing from FIFA and hosting European Championships in 2018 and 2022 if Sepp Blatter doesn't resign?

So Rally2 cars couldn't be evolved and is strict that the class will die? WRC car never evolved from 1997 to 2016 (or WRC+ further until Rally1)? Right now it seems that everyone is waiting except...
