Al 14 you are possibly correct about my proposals but we are convinced 5 stages is possible provided the spectator access is chosen carefully.
Your itinerary is more than possible. I don't go to SS7 because I don't want to make it too tiring.

Ok finalising itineraries so 2 questions for those with the knowledge (I don't want to wait until the spectator access information is released)
    1. There is a section where Monte di Ala and Monte Lerno run very close to each other. Is this area accessible by car, if so does anyone have directions.
    2. Where on M. Lerno (lat / long) is Micky's Jump?
Thanks in advance for any help

I have also checked this out but it looks like you would need to arrive early and be prepared to be locked in. There is even Google Street View for this area which is helpful. However any access would be my minor tracks and roads.

I think it's possible to get there from the north. Streetview till a few km before the stage so I guess we'll be okay

There will be huge crowd on that area
I will avoid it, I'llcome from south and look for a nice spot going toward that section but not reaching it. Let's say two kilometers far from there. Then, during the last 10-20 cars I'll begin to walk north and maybe find a way between bushes before there and reach Monte Lerno.

Sorry but I don't know where the jump is exactly.

    1) last two years from north only by proper 4x4 with a lot of ground clearance

    2) north of lago lerno, 40.603026, 9.180152
