According to the spectator guide access is only possible on the rallyday from early in the morning. Originally Posted by hype

It seems VWs hasn't yet solved their technical issues. Ogier and Latvala had the same problem of Argentina during tests. Now they have less than 2 weeks to fix it, it's not that much.

Like he ever wanted to have a strong field. His most titles came when he haven't got so much direct competition. Kalle and Tanak break that, then he starts compete only "half" programmes. Then...
