What will they do in WRC-2? I don't understand the decision as a brand. A satellite team in WRC-2 would be far more logic. Maybe the titles in the past years were too easy.

About transmission last thing I heard was X-Trac but they tried also Ricardo and I'm not sure about the final decision. Dampers are Sachs as Dimviii pointed out. They started with Reiger but later switched to Sachs. I think they run Barum on Reigers. Brakes are Brembo as somebody already wrote. ECU I have no idea.
... and the power is sure at least 300 Hp. That PR bullshit values are worth nothing but I don't need to tell You that
Yes, VW uses Sachs too.
I guess it's VW policy. They want to have Lappi prepared for their WRC team.Stupid is as stupid does. Forrest Gump

thanx for the info!
seems that in terms of drivetrain Skoda should have some advantage over Fiesta and 208.
In general Xtrac/Ricardo is more expensive than Sadev/3MO also Brembo is expensive than AP Racing. So interesting how they manage to stay under the price limit. Similar thing with Sach, also with engine made by Oreca.
Looking forward to Sumava, Bouffier in DS will be nice to compare.

Morning fog and afternoon thunderstorms can happen at this time of the year. Over the past decade of the rally in this area there have been some afternoon showers, but nothing major. A wet rally is...
