To be blunt, no. There are too many variables that will depend on the track, the car, the weather, the temperature, the tyres etc. etc.
You're so beige, you probably think this signature is about someone else.

Tarmac rallies are part of the WRC challenge for drivers. And having the Championship in a major European capital city will bring great publicity to the sport there.
