Well Teemu, I´d appreciate more if you look at the odd things more than just being accusing. We all know what Emil done. And it has nothing to do with whom got the trophy. This man Armstrong did what others on this forum always says about homedrivers. He did good on home soil. And that is not enough getting a trophy. Not having in mind he even didnt want to drive the whole event even if he could. That´s from the official version.
Emil has proven what driver he is. He doesn´t need the trophy. Sorry though for many other drivers being more worth the price."Reis vas pät pat kaar vas kut"

I think Emil nor Jon deserved the trophy. It should have been in Barrable´s hands. It was the most notable performance of the weekend. I do not know how many people were expecting such performance from him. Just look at the pickems list. Noone put him first, 2 put him in second place, 10 to the third, 4 to the fourth, 10 to the fifth, 6 to the sixth, 4 to the seventh and 10 to the 8th.

I think that f.i. Jean-Pierre Nicolas of ERC knows exactly why he choosed Armstrong for the Flat Out Trophy. Of course everybody can have his own thoughts about this decision. And Emil has done a great job by winning the Junior class. Fact is that Jon Armstrong has done this rally for the first time so there weren't loads of home ground advantages as you recall.

Still it was rallying where he has more experience than foreigners. But the price is more of politics maybe. Enough of that topic from me. Just thought it was a choice not many should have done. And again, my thoughts has nothing to do with Emil.
