GPS is showing Ogier stopped before the stage?

It has updated now, Ogier is moving towards the finish. Looks like another WRC+ lag.

Soon he will drive with building blocks in the trunk of his Polo. This is not rally.

Rules don't refer only to Ogier, but to any championship leader. After Sweeden Latvala might be sweepeng road in Mexico, after that it might be Ogier again and so on. The rule just says that if you good enough to win a rally you can be challenged a bit harder in the next one.
And leader shouldn't cry that much, there are rallies where being first on the road is advantage or conditions are creating the advantage.
