Between split 2 and 3 is better with studs, rest of the stage should be better withouth studs

Holy moly Kubica 3rd split, already 30 seconds faster than Meeke and Loeb

Loeb is slower that Meeke at 3rd split

Well I haven't seen the mention of what Newey might have found, but just forum members on F1Technical have found loopholes in the aero package regs that seem would easily change the idea of outwash...
