I think you are wrong here. Even from the video, it was clear that Ogier had the best conditions. All the cars dragged more and more loose snow to the road, especially Kubica.. before Loeb. They just did not had splits and they did not know their speed. Temperature still drops.. more and more ice should form. Starting first should be 99% sure better..today and tomorrow.
