At least you are both working towards the same goal. It's hard to do when you live in a house with someone who isn't concerned with it!

One of my weak points now is the family. Our daughter likes "snacks" for her school lunch, as they don't have much time. Having those little demons of sugary delight often haunts me in the evening, and I can't resist taking one of them rather than snacking on something healthy. And even when I am doing good about working out, I have the influence of her and my wife for eating and buying choices.

I came home one day after a really solid 30 or so miles in high heat and humidity. After getting cleaned up I was faced with two women that had a strong desire to go out for mexican food. I caved in and went, and just couldn't order a taco salad or something leaning towards healthy when all that good stuff was on the menu.
