I guess at the Norweigen sea, I know it will be wrong cause there are other seas further north that must be colder.
Is there any sea's around Antarctica? I thought it was all Southern Ocean, but maybe there are small sea's down there too.
I guess you could say I don't know

Yeah, I thought about that too, but without looking at a map, for the life of me I can't think of any cold "seas" in the southern hemisphere
.
There are several in the north though. In addition to those already mentioned, what about the Berring Sea or the Greenland Sea? There are probably several more around Russia but I can't think of them

Not the Norwegian Sea or the Beaufort Sea.
The one I have discovered this factoid about has an annual average temp of -2 degrees centigrade.
It is not part of the Southern ocean around Antarctica.

Ok no takers - The coldest sea in the world is the White Sea in Russia, its' yearly average temp is -2 degrees centigrade.
