Strange that Ogier didn't receive yellow flag, he didn't mention anything at stopfinish?

They will apparently restart the stage after another zero car goes trough stage, what with crews that went trough and slowed down after yellow flag. Ogier wasn't show any yellow flag wich is very strange. Notional times will be very difficult to make up.

So, they moved the crashed zero-car away before Ogier was passing there? He didn't get a yellow flag but the others did?
