Do You realize that there is something like 200 km of roads used for the rally? Each kilometer has plenty of turns. It's totally impossible to prevent cutting everywhere and it's also meaningless. It's done where it is required by local authorities or for some other reason. Nobody puts those obstacles just because he thinks it's fun. They have been used in Alsace always. It's no news and it's nothing special. Just live with that.
