The penalty is that they have to drop one place.
If one was 5 seconds ahead then the penalty would be 6 seconds, if one was two minutes ahead then the penalty is 2min 1 sec.
That is why it varies from event to event and situation to situation.

Ogier is taking this stage, Latvalla didn't have any splits in the car. Looks like in normal circumstances Ogier will bring it home.

Al Rajhi stopped in stage, very unfornute for him, he was leading quite long time in WRC2
