VW was in the rally, but the drivers can't manage the Germany stages. The best (=fast and reliable) driver wins.
If a team have the best equipment, but no drivers who can manage it... They become losers (for now) because the biggest car company of the world is German. In Rally of Germany these manufacturer is a farce! Ouch!
