I am having some issues with pages... The come on and off randomly. But when it does happen, it won't let me change pages. Clicking next page, or changing even changing the url myself, but it returns me to the same page...

Logging out/in fixes this issue. It doesn't happen all the time, but this has happened to me half a dozen times over the last couple of weeks.
