Yes KERS returns under the same conditions as 2009 afaik.
All other opinions are wrong....

Why is it idiotic? Have you ever spectated live? It not less snow tnow than in the 90 s 00 s nobody complained thenWhy have it up in a area wich is wery unatractive and remote for spectators...
