I'm a bit confused, Rossel went off in SS9 and broke the suspension but fixed it again and got through SS10?

We dont know what discussions are going on behind the scenes especially with Hyundai and M-Sport. I wouldn't be surprised if they extended Rally1 for another year to give them time to build...
