Loeb was really homing in to Sainz, gaining 16 minutes but now also he stopped for 5 minutes and the gap is 9 minutes

Well I haven't seen the mention of what Newey might have found, but just forum members on F1Technical have found loopholes in the aero package regs that seem would easily change the idea of outwash...
