Apart from the Lancia and Subaru point, aren't you just describing ERC? Even that GT series isn't worldly.

Believe me, it will cost way more as it is capped at. That's why no one stand in line for those cars and everyone stands in line for Rally2 cars. I don't like it either, but the reality sucks. FIA...
