Yes, literally anyone can get a puncture here and Tanak only losing 50 odd seconds might be ok if others have to stop and change.
That said, with the way rallying is now such a sprint, a puncture has such a disproportionate affect on the result that I still find it weird we don’t have EMI tyres back. We only have 8 cars, so having a few of them taken out of the fight by a flat tyre seems madness to me from the promotion of the sport perspective.

Currently, couldn't someone just come in with a Coupe car and make it a WRC25/26 spec? What were the regulations when the Focus (Hatch), Xsara (Liftback), Subaru/Mitsu (Sedan) and Peugeot (Coupe)...
