He did mention every time a driver goes out he risks his life, for the enjoyment of fans, and they should try and remember this instead of taking to social media and posting negative comments about drivers competing in the sport.

What I meant was that driver like Meeke(experience wise) doesn't need some extra recce(only) experience. If he is doing recce, then he is competing. (Ewrc had the information, wrc had article about it and there was an empty slot with the same team he just drove for.., only start list correction came a bit later)
