Yes for sure the route won't change massively, just it's not certain which stages are driven on which day. But service, start and finish in Jyväskylä for sure.

For must do places outside the rally, I recommend Rallimuseo, a rally museum inside the Mobilia car museum in Kangasala. If you drive from Turku or Helsinki to Jyväskylä, it's basically on the way.
