If he can't even get budget for his 'home' round, something is wrong.
One thing that is wrong are Solans' results in the recent years. He had a budget for a full season in ERC last year and what did he achieve? 50 points and 7th place only. He couldn't even keep the pace of such unexperienced drivers like Marczyk, Llarena and Cais:
