Meanwhile, Breen is not good enough yet and Evans seems lost.
I think he's learnt a lot from the 2020-2021 seasons with Ogier, learned how finish rallies even when they don't go his way, and now he's close to winning on all three surfaces, if it weren't for Hyundai's troubled car I'd say Neuville would have a chance due to his experience but it seems that with every rally now, Rovanperä learns how to lead and control this championship. As for Breen, he still needs to get that full season under his belt, after 4 years of not doing half of the events on the calendar (& we don't even have Mexico this year which he's never been too). Evans like you said seems lost, even Lappi managed to find more pace (yes I know, road position but still), and it's only his first time on Tarmac with this car.
