I watched a youtube video yesterday that claims Mercedes gains over the last few races have come from a new 'trick' rear lowering suspension. It said that due to the curvy layout/geometry of COTA this system was ineffective there. It didn't go on to say which of the remaining races it would be more effective at, but I suspect it's the ones with more longer straights.
