Hungarian Rally Championship

I don't quite understand why Østberg and Kopecky can't keep up on this rally. Arguably I have little idea about Hungarian drivers, but on previous rally Østberg was faster than them and last year on Hungary ERC they were getting beaten by a lot of other drivers.

Østberg lost much on the long straigts, bevause of short gearbox.
