Another thing worth considering is that Oliver probably wanted to drive his home event in Sweden with the WRC, and this is Sweden's replacement

Solberg is just awesome. Tanak is obviously frustrated, but he could have acknowledged how amazing solberg has been. I'm sure Ogier would have been complimentary.
