But they could have waited for the TowTruck to drag up the Fiesta, that might still be driveable, and pick op the rest of Veibys car, and continued.
Is it TV times that prevent them from doing this?

The rates are the same but as they are based on a "per mile" usage rate (with a slightly lower charge for a second use) you need a big entry to keep the entry fee down to a sensible level. The only...
