On a rally here in Norway running on August 22nd you will only be allowed to spectate if you ask someone if you can stand in their garden...

Would that be fair to ones who submitted on time? My case - i had the opportunity to set pickems in advance(the day before rally start), but decided to wait closer to the start of the rally, to see...
