Read Citroen WRT topic. There you can find all information about it. It says that the car can go through homologation even if thry are not around.

My understanding is that the car number 1 is always the car number one on the events, no matter the chassis. The chassis used in Sweden by Tanak is not the same used in Chile, tthe plate number is...
