Actually, all tactic depends how first ones are doing. If Tänak is doing really good time, then there is no point for Latvala and Meeke to push. If Tänak happens to make some mistake or something, then there it makes sense to drive fast with hope to take points away from Ogier and Neuville (but it does not sound realistic in this case).

The same with Hundayi and Citroen.
