NI will be a year max I reckon. Think plans will be getting put in place for it to be moved elsewhere on the mainland for 2021 onwards

If it is just a new investor (not a new Promoter) that means they wont be changing anything except financial matters. And yes, the FIA has to decide and approve the Regs.
