Perhaps Neuville has gotten used to the i20 being slow and adjusted his mindset to it....the last (& only) podium for him was back in 2013 with the last gen. Fiesta...hopefully he'll do better on the second pass.
IMO it's both that he didn't drive this changed car more than one day on a test combined with road position.

The entries would have to be limited somehow ofc. Maybe crew would have to register into either WRC2 or WRC2? Idk, there would be some solution for sure, but I think it wouldn't be a good choice to...
