Not necessarily. I dont see a lot of point in him switching to a Fiesta, either for him or M-Sport.

It's possible that he might either hire a C3 WRC (a car he knows best), or even get a drive later in the season in a 3rd factory Citroen (if they're looking for Manu points, or as back-up for Ogier...)
